Touch up Artist Dick Danjou does repair work to the inner rim. This 1868 Style I is in such beautiful originl condition on the inside that the decision was made to keep the original work on the inner rim and repair it. The pin block, sound board, plate and treble strings are original and in beautiful condition.
Note that there is 1000 watts of halogen light on the case and despite the white nature of Halogen, the case has beautiful brown red tones. This is the original wood with clear lacquer. NO STAIN was used at all ! |
