The ribs are fit in preparation for locating tooling points on the sound board.
The ribs are being glued to the sound board in this pnuematic press. I lowered the camera to show the curvature that the press glues the ribs at.
The board now out of the press, the ribs are being rough shaped using a hand plane. There are several basic shapes that will be "roughed" in before the final shapes are done.
